Mini MX Big R 300cc 4-Stroke 18"/21" Motocross

The new Mini MX Big R 300cc air-cooled motorcycle with 22hp will captivate you with its large 18"/21" black aluminum wheels equipped with front and rear wheel gripsters. (This vehicle is not street legal.)

Its seat height is 92cm, and it features an 840mm inverted hydraulic fork with 51/54mm travel and adjustable forks with 180mm of travel, and a shock absorber with 90mm of travel.

ZONGSHEN 22hp 300cc 4-Stroke Vertical Engine:

Its 300cc vertical 4-stroke air-cooled engine and stainless steel exhaust are designed for experienced riders and are not for everyone. Mini MX has created an ideal motorcycle for motocross and enduro riding.

The 300cc air-cooled engine develops 16kW at 8500 rpm and 22Nm of torque (Reminder: 1kW = approximately 1.36hp, so 16kW x 1.36hp = 22hp).

Chassis: Its 850mm hydraulic fork (45/48mm travel) allows you to adjust compression and rebound damping to suit your riding style, preferences, and weight.

Stainless Steel Exhaust:

Exceptional sound thanks to its full stainless steel exhaust system; this configuration contributes to engine performance.

Dual-Piston Hydraulic Brakes: The 230mm disc, gripped by a dual-piston caliper, ensures powerful braking.

5-Speed ​​Wet Gearbox:

Its gearbox features 5 speeds (1N2345) with a multi-plate wet clutch, guaranteeing fast and precise gear changes.

520 Chain Drive:

Equipped with a thick 520 chain for a factory-configured enduro drivetrain, it features a 6-point sprocket.

Our vehicles (motorcycles, quads, buggies, etc.) intended for children should not be considered mere toys, but motorized machines belonging to the realm of motorsports, which involve inherent risks.

Minors under the age of 14 are not authorized to purchase, rent, or use non-approved vehicles, such as mini-motorcycles, children's quads, unapproved quads, motocross bikes, pocket bikes, pocket cross bikes, pit bikes, or dirt bikes. Their use is strictly limited to activities organized by approved sports associations, such as the FFM (French Motorcycling Federation) or UFOLEP (French Union of Secular Sports and Cultural Activities). It is important to note that the maximum speed of these vehicles on public roads is 24 km/h, which prohibits their use on public roads. Furthermore, minors under 16 years of age must be constantly supervised by an adult when using these machines.

To ensure your safety, it is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment, including an approved safety helmet, motocross-type safety glasses, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, and a chest protector. It is also recommended to wear a long-sleeved top, long trousers, and high-top shoes that cover at least the ankle, ensuring that the laces are securely tied and away from the wheels, engine, and drive system.

You must register your machine with the Ministry of the Interior within 15 days of the purchase date. This process can be completed online at the following address: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R20458. After submitting the declaration, you will receive an identification number to be engraved on the chassis and displayed on a visible plate. Please note that this plate can be removed during sporting activities.

Assembling your bike:

You will only need to finish assembling a few easy parts (such as the handlebars, front wheel, and rear shock absorber).

Once assembly is complete, if the factory settings are not perfectly suited to your riding conditions, we invite you to visit our YouTube channel (Mini MX) where you will find both mechanical tutorials and bike assembly videos.

We recommend that you read the owner's manual and check the general tightening of your motorcycle (spokes, axle, general screws), chain tension, tire pressure, and the routing of the brake/clutch cables.

We recommend that you perform your first oil change using IPONE or Putoline oils, as recommended and approved by the manufacturer. Using other oils not approved by the manufacturer could damage the engine or gearbox.
