The processing of this connection data is done in compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. The purpose of analyzing this data is to produce non-identifying indicators, to provide you with a more personalized service on the Minimx website and to ensure that the use of the site complies with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Use of collected data
Minimx processes the personal data you have entrusted to us in order to provide you with the services and advice you require in the areas of consulting, sales and after-sales service.
Minimx is responsible for processing personal data for the following purposes:
The provision of advice to individuals on PitBikes, spare parts and electrically assisted bikes.
The provision of after-sales service advice to individuals on PitBikes, spare parts and electrically assisted bikes.
4. Recipients of personal data
All personal data is confidential and access to it is restricted to Minimx's own departments. If Minimx determines that a transfer is necessary to a subcontractor or service provider for technical reasons, Minimx may transfer all or part of the personal data to trusted third parties who process the data. Minimx may also transfer some or all of your personal information to trusted third parties who process it on our behalf, on our instructions, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in compliance with all appropriate security and confidentiality measures. As required by law, as of May 25, 2018, all data collected at the time of your account creation and/or processed after that date (your contact with Minimx services) will be retained for a period of three years after your last connection to the sitewww.minimx.en. Your account will then be considered "inactive" and will be automatically deactivated (your data will be anonymized). To use our services again, you will have to create a new account.
