    Your order, your products do not fully satisfy you or the size of the item you ordered does not suit you, MINI MX gives you 30 days from the day of delivery to return or get a refund for your order.

    MAKE A RETURN IN A FEW CLICKS:

    Go to our website www.minimx.fr, at the bottom of the page in the "RETURN CONDITION" section to download the return form. Print and fill out the return form and slip it into your return box with the product(s) you wish to return.

    If you request:

    - A CREDIT NOTE, a voucher for the value of your products will be issued to you, you can use it whenever you want (valid for 1 year)

    - A REFUND, the accounting department will refund you via your original payment method CB, PAYPAL, ALMA, YOUNITED, Bank Transfer as soon as possible (Average time 5 working days).
