These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relationships between the company KSR RACING and the buyer. The conditions apply to any purchase made through the online store of www.minimx.fr, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these terms of sale.
These terms of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by KSR Racing.
KSR Racing reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the buyer's order.

Article 1 - Characteristics and compliance of the goods and services offered

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the KSR Racing website.

These products and services are offered subject to available stock.
Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier; for some of them, a DF mention is added, allowing the buyer to access the supplier's documentation.
The photographs in the catalog are not contractual. They are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the offered product, especially regarding colors.

We are committed to satisfying your requests and to accepting returns or refunds for products that do not meet your expectations. You can then contact our services by phone or fill out the form available on your customer account using your login credentials and password.

The products remain the property of KSR RACING until full payment of the price is made. In case of fraud or non-payment, KSR RACING will request a collection service involving additional processing fees and a complaint will be filed with the police station.


Article 2 – Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros and include all taxes except for participation in processing and shipping costs. The applicable Value Added Tax is the one in effect on the day of the order. Any change in the rate will be reflected in the price of the products and/or services.

In case of a blatant error on the price displayed on the site that clearly does not correspond to the actual price, KSR RACING will inform you of the price actually applicable.

If the corrected price is higher than the displayed price, you will have the choice to cancel or maintain your order. If the corrected price is lower than the displayed price, KSR RACING will automatically apply the corrected price to your order.

In case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and overseas departments and territories, the price will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be applicable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of KSR RACING. They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and/or competent organizations of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

KSR RACING reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of validation of your order.

The products remain the property of KSR RACING until full payment of the price is made. We remind you that at the moment you physically take possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

KSR RACING does not intend to sell to professionals; the products and services sold by KSR RACING are reserved for individuals.

In case of suspected fraud, KSR RACING reserves the right to request proof of identity, to carry out all appropriate verifications, or to require payment by bank transfer, conditioning the execution of the order on the satisfaction of these conditions.


Article 3 – Online Sale

Online sales are offered to buyers residing in France, in the overseas departments and territories (Dom-Tom), Monaco, and certain foreign countries.

The price and delivery conditions are established and defined according to each geographical area. Shipping fees are offered only in mainland France and to a delivery address accessible by carriers without additional handling and delivery charges and according to the offer defined on Mini MX.fr, reserving the right to modify this offer at any time.

Access to the address must be suitable for heavy goods carrier access. In the event that the location is inaccessible by the carrier, the customer will bear

the additional handling and/or transport costs related to their delivery location.

Article 4 - Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) you have selected according to the terms of the General Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse this offer in case of unavailability of the ordered product(s).

If we accept your order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an order confirmation. We will send your order confirmation by email. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will try to contact you by email or phone to inform you of the unavailability of the selected product(s).

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed no later than at the time of validation of your order.

Article 5 – Validation of your order

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment for your purchases can be made:

- By credit card directly on the site (secure entry via SSL encryption).

- By Paypal

- By bank transfer. In this case, the bank details will be sent to you by email. It is important to specify the order number in the title of your transfer.

- By credit card in 2x, 3x, 4x, 10x or 12x installments

KSR RACING does not have access to your bank details under any circumstances. All payment methods use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, thus ensuring the complete security of your data.

Article 7 – Availability

KSR RACING is a retailer and is not intended to sell products in large quantities. Consequently, KSR RACING reserves the right to refuse orders of the same product in large quantities, starting from 3 identical items.

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stock excluding promotional operations mentioned as such. In the event of a product being unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by email or phone and a substitute product will be offered to you. If we do not reach an agreement on a substitute, your order will be automatically canceled and your payment will be fully refunded.

The offered gifts are provided and shipped based on stock availability. If the chosen product is no longer in stock, another gift product will be offered to you in your order.

Article 8 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process, except for specific restrictions.

The delivery time corresponds to:

  • The shipping time plus

  • The processing and transit time

In case of delivery by a carrier requiring an appointment with the Customer, contact by phone will be made as soon as possible to arrange a delivery appointment with you. Motorcycle deliveries are made only on working days (Monday to Friday). The average observed delivery time is 48/72 working hours for vehicle delivery; this time is not guaranteed, it results from an average of deliveries contacted in mainland France over a calendar year.

Vehicle delivery can be made via several carriers (Schenker, Geodis, Dpd, Mrci, Kuehne + Nagel)

KSR RACING cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay due to:

  • Exclusively due to the unavailability of the Customer after several appointment proposals by the carrier

  • Exclusively due to the carrier

  • Exclusively due to bad weather, strikes, or other events beyond KSR RACING's control.

When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the longest delay. However, KSR RACING reserves the right to split shipments. The participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment.

Orders are prepared within 12 to 72 hours (excluding orders placed on weekends and public holidays), depending on available stock. If a part is out of stock and the restocking time exceeds 48 business hours, our customer service will contact the customer directly by phone.

Exception: For any "express" delivery, it can only be guaranteed if the order was confirmed before 2 PM. Any orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery. KSR RACING cannot be held responsible for any delays due to transportation once the order has been shipped. Some delivery regions may require an additional delay beyond our control.

The indicated delivery times should be considered once the products have been shipped from our warehouses. You will then receive your tracking number to follow the progress of your order until it reaches its delivery location. If the selected relay point is full and can no longer accept new parcels, the delivery company reserves the right to deliver the parcel to the billing address indicated on your customer account at the time of placing your order.

In case of shipping delay, an email will be sent to inform you of any potential impact on the delivery time that was indicated to you. In case of delivery delay, we will offer you a new delivery time by email or phone.

In any case, in accordance with legal provisions, in case of delivery delay, you have the option to terminate the contract under the conditions and terms defined in Article L 216-2 of the Consumer Code.

You must notify the carrier and KSR RACING of any reservations regarding the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened...).

In case of doubt, KSR RACING advises you to refuse any damaged, opened, or defective package.

Article 9 - Withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay any penalty. After communicating your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the period referred to in the previous paragraph, only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded. Additional services, assembly fees, and return or outbound shipping costs in the case of a refused package remain your responsibility.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manual, etc.) allowing their resale as new, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized processing. In case of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product, your liability may be engaged.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, KSR RACING will refund the purchased product(s) (assembly, shipping, and return costs remain your responsibility) no later than 14 days from the date KSR RACING receives the returned products and using the same payment method as used for the order when possible.

KSR RACING is not obliged to refund you the additional costs if you have expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered on minimx.fr.

In the case of a refund following an ALMA payment, a penalty of 3% corresponding to the handling fees will be applied.

It is however specified, in the event of a total or partial payment by vouchers, that these cannot be refunded in cash, by check, by credit card, or by bank transfer. The refund of purchases made by vouchers or credits will be made exclusively in the form of a credit for an amount identical to that paid in this form.

No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted for any reason.

The benefits obtained when purchasing a product will be canceled in the event of a return accompanied by a product refund.

As part of a return, whether the carrier is appointed by KSR RACING or chosen by the Customer, the responsibility for the return and the returned merchandise lies with the Customer. Under no circumstances shall KSR RACING be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport or in case of non-compliance of the product returned by the customer and received by KSR RACING.

In the case of a motorcycle return or refusal of vehicle delivery, if KSR RACING must appoint its delivery company to organize the return, a flat fee of €99 per vehicle under 100Kg and €150 per vehicle over 100Kg will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the outbound delivery charges.

If the motorcycle has been used, a depreciation will be applied after the vehicle has been inspected by the technical service of KSR RACING.

In the case of a refusal and/or sender return of spare parts parcels (excluding vehicles), the shipping and return costs will be charged up to the amount of the shipping costs.

Article 10 – Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back

10.1 – Sur produits neufs

Without prejudice to the provisions on the right of withdrawal set out in Article 9, KSR RACING offers you a total period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to return all or part of your order that does not satisfy you, in order to obtain a credit note or to proceed with a refund.

In the event of exercising the satisfaction guaranteed or money-back warranty, KSR RACING will refund the purchased product(s) (assembly, shipping, and return costs remain your responsibility) no later than 14 days from the date KSR RACING receives the returned products and using the same payment method as used for the order when possible. And offers a return possibility up to 30 days only by credit note.

In case of abnormal or abusive returns, KSR RACING reserves the right not to accept the return and/or to refuse a subsequent order.

As part of a return, whether the carrier is appointed by KSR RACING or chosen by the Customer, the responsibility for the return and the returned merchandise lies with the Customer. Under no circumstances shall KSR RACING be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport or in case of non-compliance of the product returned by the customer and received by KSR RACING.

10.2 – Sur produits reconditionnés / occasions

Refurbished and/or used products are neither taken back nor exchanged.

Article 11 – Conditions and terms of return

All returned products, whether under the right of withdrawal, the satisfaction or money-back guarantee, the commercial warranty, or the legal warranty, must not have been used or damaged. They must be returned in appropriate packaging, preferably original, and accompanied by the return slip (to be printed online). Machines must be carefully protected.
KSR RACING will refund the purchased product(s) (assembly, shipping, and return costs remain your responsibility) no later than 30 days from the date KSR RACING receives the returned products and using the same payment method as that used for the order whenever possible.
KSR RACING reminds that any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product may engage the Customer's responsibility.
KSR RACING cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport.
Whether the carrier is appointed by KSR RACING or chosen by the Customer, the responsibility for the return and the merchandise lies with the Customer. Under no circumstances shall KSR RACING be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport or in case of non-compliance of the product returned by the customer and received by KSR RACING.

Article 12 - Warranty

All products supplied by the seller are covered by the legal warranty provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

In the event of non-compliance of a sold product, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back and refund it in accordance with the 14-day withdrawal period and the withdrawal conditions above. www.minimx.com cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products.

The total or partial inability to use the products, notably due to hardware incompatibility, cannot engage the responsibility of www.minimx.com nor give rise to any compensation or refund.

All claims, requests for exchange or refund can be made on the website www.minimx.fr via your personal account within fourteen (14) days after receipt.

Our teams are also available to assist you with your return, exchange, or refund procedures.

Our Dirt Bikes, Pit Bikes, Pocket Bikes are non-approved vehicles and prohibited on public roads. Designed for sporting use, competition or leisure, the Dirt Bikes, Pit Bikes, and Pocket Bikes sold on the website www.minimx.fr are subject to a one-month engine warranty and a three-month chassis warranty. Maintenance by a professional is required to validate your warranty. Spare parts are not guaranteed except for manufacturing defects. Engines have a one-month warranty in case of defective parts. Defects due to misuse, maintenance, or startup will not be covered by the warranty. The manufacturer's warranty on new motorcycles is a spare parts warranty; the replacement of the defective part is not covered by Minimx or the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover the replacement of so-called wear products, non-compliant, irregular, and abnormal use of the products (notably in the context of competition, rental, or even in a professional environment, or having undergone any modification...) and defects or specificities of a product mentioned in the product sheets. Non-approved vehicles are not subject to strict rules as approved vehicles might be under the highway code. These are leisure vehicles intended for private or competition use, and therefore they are not guaranteed for parts and labor for one or two years. Engines are guaranteed for one month from the date of receipt of the vehicle. However, the vehicles benefit from the legal warranty against eviction and hidden defects (Art.1625 and following of the Civil Code).

Warranty exclusion for all these parts:

  • Replacement of consumables, wear parts: brake pads, brake shoes, bearings, cables, chainring cables, chains, sprockets, pistons, rings, saddles, grips, levers, pedals, tires, inner tubes, plastic kits …

  • Tires: pressure, mounting, inappropriate conditions, …

  • Suspensions: pressure, maintenance, high-pressure cleaner, accumulation of mud, dust, various debris, …

  • Frame: non-compliant use, competition, high-pressure cleaner, maintenance of bearings and joints, …

  • Wheels: non-compliant use, high-pressure cleaner, maintenance of freewheel body, bearings, ...

  • Peripherals: respect of tightening torque, …

  • Transmission: maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, …

  • Brakes: bleeding, contamination of pads, discs, high-pressure cleaner, …

  • Textile: non-compliance with washing instructions, …

  • Damages specifically mentioned in the product sheets.

  • Defects and their consequences due to the intervention of the buyer or a repairer: intervention on fork, shock absorber (disassembly), hydraulic brakes (disassembly, bleeding), wheels (truing tension, hub disassembly).

  • Consequences related to non-compliant use for which the product is intended (professional use, collective use, etc.)

Minimx recommends its Customers to use the services of a Professional to carry out the assembly of the Products, more specifically vehicles.

The same applies to the maintenance and servicing of said Products.

No warranty covers any defects affecting the Products or their characteristics, as well as direct and indirect damages suffered by the Customer or third parties due to improper assembly or abnormal and non-compliant use of said Products for the intended use.

Competition engines (Daytona) are not guaranteed after assembly.

Electric bikes of the CRZ, Ovelo, and VG Bikes brands are guaranteed for 2 years on the electrical parts and 5 years on the frame.

Scooters of the CRZ and VG Bikes brands are guaranteed for 2 years (excluding battery and accessories which are guaranteed for 3 months).

A WARRANTY STRIP is affixed to all packages. If upon receipt of your package this warranty strip is not intact, no claim can be made to our services.

13 - Non-approved vehicles (Dirt bike, Pit bike, Mini Moto…)

Dirt Bike, Pit Bike, Quad vehicles (etc.) are NOT APPROVED FOR PUBLIC ROAD USE. The buyer is aware that the use of these vehicles is reserved for closed and private circuits. Their use is in no way intended for the transport of physical persons. All non-approved products available on the MINI MX site (mini moto/dirt bike/pit bike 50cc, 70cc, 88cc, 107cc, 110cc, 125cc, 138cc, 140cc, 149cc, 150cc, 160cc, etc.) are guaranteed for 1 month for the engine part, and 3 months for the cycle part (except for a conformity defect) provided that the product has been used in compliance with the instructions for use and safety, and has not suffered advanced damage due to mistreatment or resulting from heavy and inappropriate use.

In the event of a minor defect, the cancellation of the sale cannot be invoked.

Vehicles are delivered in factory configuration, on a pallet. It is the buyer's responsibility to complete the assembly of the vehicle (fork, shock absorber, handlebar, ...) and to ensure it is operational. A user manual is provided with the vehicle, detailing step by step the various maintenance stages of the vehicle.

The warranty consists of the replacement of parts recognized as defective, excluding labor costs, return shipping, and packaging. We also remind you that our services remain available to provide support in case of problems and will be able to offer you benefits and commercial gestures after verification.

Article 14 – Refund

For any request for a purchase voucher, your MINI MX account will be credited with a discount voucher usable on the website equal to the amount of the returned product(s) after receipt of your return(s), within a maximum period of 30 days. The purchase voucher is valid for a fixed duration of one year (1 year) from its issuance.

If the customer does not return the entire pack they purchased on MiniMx.fr, the amount of the pieces of the pack they did not return will be deducted from their refund. Items returned from an order paid with loyalty points or gift vouchers will not be refunded but will be issued as a voucher.

Unless otherwise stated, loyalty points received during your orders are valid for 1 year from the date they are made available (the delivered status date of your order), the same applies to vouchers.

Any refund request will be processed after receipt of the products and verification by our services, the refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days by our accounting department by check, credit to a bank card, transfer, or voucher. In the case of a refund following an ALMA payment and after the withdrawal period, a penalty of 3% corresponding to the processing fees will be applied.

Returns must be made in their original packaging, accompanied by a provided return form (contact customer service), MINI MX will not be held responsible in case of damage during transport, the customer is responsible for protecting the product during its return (bubble wrap, polystyrene, etc.). MINI MX reserves the right to refuse the returned package or product in case of damage or damaged product. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer in case of refusal.

Article 15 - Financing Service

The Company offers its Clients the possibility to use Alma's credit service to pay for their purchases and make payments. This service is subject to the acceptance of the General Terms of Use (GTU) or the credit agreement proposed by Alma by the Client. Refusal of credit by Alma for an order may result in its cancellation. Termination of the General Terms of Sale (GTS) between the Client and the Seller also results in the termination of the GTU or the credit agreement between Alma and the Client. Installment payment in two, three, or four times is available through our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its providers, with all payments protected by 3D Secure.

Purchase amount: Only purchases between €50 and €4500 are eligible for payment with Alma

Fees: when paying in installments with Alma, the Client pays fees:
For 2-time payment: 0.65% client fees from €50 to €4500

For 3-time payment: 1.29% client fees from €50 to €4500

For 4-time payment: 1.94% From 50 to 4000€ and 1.57% client fees between 4000€ and 4500€

Mini MX offers to cover the additional costs charged by Alma.

Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate that will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the Civil Code

In case of termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) binding the Seller and the client, the General Terms and Conditions of Use (GCU) between Alma and the client will also be terminated.

YOUNITED - In the process of integration

KSR RACING offers its customers the Younited credit service for the payment of their purchases and the execution of the payment. This is conditioned by the customer's acceptance of the credit agreement proposed by Younited.

KSR RACING (ORIAS number [to be completed]) acts as a [non-exclusive / exclusive] agent [to be adapted] in banking operations of Younited [and insurance intermediary agent] [to be kept if applicable]. KSR RACING assists in the completion of credit operations [and insurance] [to be kept if applicable] without acting as a lender[, nor as an insurance broker] [to be kept if applicable].

Any refusal of credit granting by Younited for an order may result in the cancellation of that order.

Any termination of the GTC binding the customer and [the Seller] results in the termination of the credit agreement between Younited and the customer.

The amount is paid by a credit granted by Younited registered with REGAFI under number 13156, approved as a credit institution by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) - 4 Place de Budapest - CS 92459 - 75436 PARIS CEDEX 09 - www.acpr.banque-france.fr).

Article 16 – Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the Site and its contents belong exclusively to KSR RACING. Any reproduction, use, or partial or total modification of any element of the Site, in any form whatsoever, may not be carried out without the express authorization of KSR RACING, which reserves the right to take legal action under intellectual property law.

The Client is granted a limited license, including the consultation and personal use of the Site, excluding downloading or modifying its content, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of KSR RACING. This license excludes any use of the Site for commercial or resale purposes, any retrieval and use of product descriptions or prices, any derivative use of the Site or its content, or any use of data mining tools, indexing robots, or data collection and extraction tools. It is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit all or part of the Site for commercial purposes without express written authorization. It is prohibited to use techniques to incorporate any trademarks, logos, exclusive information (including images, texts, layouts, or forms) belonging to KSR RACING without express written authorization. It is prohibited to use meta tags or any other "hidden text" using the name or trademarks without express written authorization.

Article 17 – Partial Invalidity

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation, or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall retain their full force and effect.

Article 18 – No Waiver

The fact that one party does not invoke a breach by the other party of any of the obligations set forth in these general terms and conditions of sale shall not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.

Article 19 – Applicable Law

Sales of KSR RACING products are subject to French law.

Article 20 – Data Processing, Confidentiality, and Freedoms

These Terms of Use are subject to the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as to those of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, and to any other applicable regulations in this area that may supplement or subsequently replace them.

Personal information and data concerning the Client are necessary for managing their orders and the commercial relations between KSR RACING and the Client. These data include, for example: Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Bank card information, IP address. In the absence of such information, KSR RACING will not be able to provide its service. This information may be transmitted to companies involved in these relations, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment. This data processing has been declared to the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL), under the number: 1390007.

This information and data are retained for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. The Client has the possibility to unsubscribe from KSR RACING newsletters at any time either by clicking on the link present in all emails or by contacting Customer Service.

The Client can also view and modify their personal data in their client area.

The Customer has the right to access, modify, object to, port, limit, and delete information concerning them, as well as to set directives regarding the fate of their personal data in the event of death, which they will send by regular mail or email to KSR RACING, and by proving their identity:

Article 21 – Mediation

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, has the option to submit a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within less than one year from the date of their written complaint to the professional.

- The company KSR RACING recommends its Clients to use the services of a Professional to carry out the assembly of the Products, more specifically vehicles; the same applies to the maintenance and servicing of said Products.
