Mikuni VM24 Carburetor for Dirt Bike, Pit Bike engine

The genuine Mikuni VM24 Carburetor, measuring 24 at the venturi. Ideal for 4-stroke 140cc YX 150cc YX engines for Dirt Bike, Pit Bike.

This carburetor allows you greater richness thanks to its 24mm opening at the Venturi, highly appreciated for 150cc YX engines it guarantees you a power gain both at low revs and at high revs. Also fits 140cc YX, 150cc LIFAN, 150cc Zongshen, Daytona 150cc...etc

Compatible with all Dirt Bike, Pit Bike engines and recommended from 140cc.

SPECIFICATIONS:

-Venturi diameter (slide) = Ø 24mm

-Outer diameter air filter mount = Ø 42mm

-Outer diameter intake outlet = Ø 35mm

-Inner diameter intake outlet = Ø 28mm

Compatible with 44mm air filters.

Some advice:

Spark plug too black = too rich, you need to decrease the size of the jet

Spark plug too white = too lean, you need to increase the size of the jet

Check your intake and carburetor gaskets if no air leak = OK

Also consider adjusting the height of your needle using the clip

Lowering by one notch will raise the needle thus enriching the carburetor and vice versa.

Our vehicles (motorcycles, quads, buggies, etc.) intended for children should not be considered mere toys, but motorized machines belonging to the realm of motorsports, which involve inherent risks.

Minors under the age of 14 are not authorized to purchase, rent, or use non-approved vehicles, such as mini-motorcycles, children's quads, unapproved quads, motocross bikes, pocket bikes, pocket cross bikes, pit bikes, or dirt bikes. Their use is strictly limited to activities organized by approved sports associations, such as the FFM (French Motorcycling Federation) or UFOLEP (French Union of Secular Sports and Cultural Activities). It is important to note that the maximum speed of these vehicles on public roads is 24 km/h, which prohibits their use on public roads. Furthermore, minors under 16 years of age must be constantly supervised by an adult when using these machines.

To ensure your safety, it is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment, including an approved safety helmet, motocross-type safety glasses, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, and a chest protector. It is also recommended to wear a long-sleeved top, long trousers, and high-top shoes that cover at least the ankle, ensuring that the laces are securely tied and away from the wheels, engine, and drive system.

You must register your machine with the Ministry of the Interior within 15 days of the purchase date. This process can be completed online at the following address: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R20458. After submitting the declaration, you will receive an identification number to be engraved on the chassis and displayed on a visible plate. Please note that this plate can be removed during sporting activities.
