Minors under the age of 14 are not authorized to purchase, rent, or use non-approved vehicles, such as mini-motorcycles, children's quads, unapproved quads, motocross bikes, pocket bikes, pocket cross bikes, pit bikes, or dirt bikes. Their use is strictly limited to activities organized by approved sports associations, such as the FFM (French Motorcycling Federation) or UFOLEP (French Union of Secular Sports and Cultural Activities). It is important to note that the maximum speed of these vehicles on public roads is 24 km/h, which prohibits their use on public roads.
