CRZ expands its lineup once again with its new 300cc liquid-cooled, 4-valve enduro model! For those who always want more! More power, more thrills!

This new CRZ ERZ enduro bike features the ZONGSHEN 300cc 4-valve liquid-cooled engine! A CRZ exclusive. Not street legal. Motorized vehicle intended exclusively for recreational and sporting use.

ZONGSHEN Vertical 4-stroke 300cc 4-valve engine with liquid cooling:

Exclusive to CRZ, this 4-valve engine delivers 27.5 hp and 23 Nm of torque as standard. CRZ comes standard with a full stainless steel exhaust and Powerbomb system, adding 1.5 hp, for a total of 29 hp for the ERZ 300L. This unparalleled power will surprise you with both its torque and its top-end performance!

For the first time, CRZ offers a liquid-cooled engine that develops 27.5 hp with 23 Nm of torque and a maximum power of 20 kW at 8500 rpm (Remember: 1 kW = approximately 1.36 hp, so 20 kW x 1.36 hp = 27.5 hp)!

PWK34 Carburetor: CRZ equips the engine with a PWK34 carburetor and an electric starter for maximum simplicity. Of course, it also has a kickstarter for those who prefer a more traditional approach!

The PWK34 carburetor is specifically designed to optimize the high performance of the 4-stroke engine. CRZ installs the original PWK34 to ensure a quick response and better fuel atomization. Its improved float chamber ensures stable fuel delivery, while its precise settings allow you to adapt the engine's operation to the specific needs of the 300cc 4-valve engine.

5-Speed ​​Multi-Disc Wet Transmission and Clutch:

The power of your engine is efficiently transmitted via a 5-speed multi-disc wet transmission, ensuring smooth and responsive driving. This transmission system uses a 13-tooth sprocket, a 520 pitch chain, and a 49-tooth rear sprocket, secured with 6 hub bolts for increased robustness. High-Strength Steel Competition Frame with Double Central Tube and Engine Guard:

Balanced and reliable to handle the power of the ZONGSHEN 300cc 4-Valve engine and its 28 hp. CRZ equips you with the best on the market; this competition frame guarantees unparalleled reliability! Have no doubt about the durability of the chassis of the ERZ 300L series.

The entire frame is made of high-performance tubular steel, the swingarm is steel, and the handlebars are profiled aluminum.

Stainless Steel Exhaust + PowerBomb (+1.5 hp): Exceptional sound thanks to its full stainless steel POWERBOMB exhaust system, a clear differentiator from the BIG S models. This configuration enhances engine performance and adds approximately 1.5 hp.

KKE 910mm Inverted Hydraulic Fork with Compression/Rebound Adjustment: The front hydraulic fork is adjustable for compression and rebound damping. It has a diameter of 53mm/58.5mm (large diameter) and is 940mm long with 265mm of travel. This is, of course, an inverted hydraulic suspension. The fork features compression and rebound damping adjustment.

This suspension offers true versatility for both enduro and motocross use.

KKE 480mm Adjustable Rear Shock with Remote Reservoir on Linkage: CRZ offers you a truly high-quality chassis. The 300L is the most accomplished motocross bike in its class, regardless of the competition. The KKE shock with remote reservoir is 480mm with 120mm of travel. The remote reservoir is adjustable via a dial. This guarantees that damping performance will remain absolutely consistent on all types of terrain.

Furthermore, this improves damping response to provide exceptional control of the motorcycle's movements.

18" Rear and 21" Front Aluminum Wheels:

Consistency throughout the chassis: the aluminum wheels are equipped with rim locks on both the front and rear and fitted with 80/100-21" and 110/100-18" tires.

Dual Piston and Single Rear Brakes on 240mm Discs: Braking is provided by a hydraulic system, with dual pistons at the front and a single piston at the rear, on 240mm discs. The braking performance of this CRZ system will surprise you, ensuring consistent and precise braking on all types of terrain.

520 Chain Drive: Equipped with a thick 520 chain for a factory-configured enduro drivetrain, it features a 6-point sprocket.

94cm Seat Height: As high as a Honda CRF 250, this seat height is recommended for riders 1.75m tall and highly recommended for riders over 1.80m.

Advantages of linkage mounting:

A linkage-mounted shock absorber increases the progression between wheel movement and shock absorber travel, improving ride comfort and suspension absorption. This explains why the shock absorber is longer than a conventionally mounted one.

All our vehicles are delivered pre-assembled on a pallet by a specialized carrier. You will only need to complete the assembly of a few simple parts (such as the handlebars, front wheel, etc.). Once assembly is complete, if the factory settings are not entirely suitable for your riding environment, we invite you to visit our YouTube channel (Mini MX) where you will find both mechanical tutorials and vehicle assembly videos. For all vehicle orders (excluding Pocket models), delivery will be handled by a specialized carrier. The carrier will contact you by email or SMS to arrange a delivery date. Once the date is chosen, delivery will take place on the selected day between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
