CRZ ERZ 250cc 4-Stroke Motocross Bike 16"/19"

The CRZ brand's best-selling model, the CRZ ERZ 250cc motocross bike will captivate you with its 16"/19" wheels. Its style and handling have revolutionized the motocross scene in France. Don't look for replicas; this is the original!

Its seat height is 90cm, and it features an 845mm inverted, adjustable hydraulic fork with 180mm of travel (45/48mm stanchions) and a 345mm 1000lb shock absorber.

Not street legal. This motorized vehicle is intended exclusively for recreational and sporting use.

Key Features of the ERZ 250cc:

ZONGSHEN 250cc Engine, 17hp at 12kW, 7000rpm (1.4hp x 12kW = approximately 17hp): Powerful and reliable, this is the perfect enduro engine for all skill levels.

Chassis: Reinforced tubular frame developed by the French brand CRZ, with its removable rear subframe, often copied but never equaled, guaranteed by the brand for up to 2 years.

Braking: Its braking system consists of two 230mm brake discs with a dual-piston caliper at the front and a single-piston caliper at the rear.

ERZ Racing Exhaust with US1 Design: Its full stainless steel exhaust system will delight your ears and optimizes exhaust flow to enhance the performance of the new ZONGSHEN engine, giving you a power increase of up to 1.5hp.

VSHOCK Suspension: An essential element in choosing your brand and your motocross bike, the VSHOCK brand, created in 2015, offers excellent performance/price ratio. On this model, the fork is 845mm, and the shock is 345mm with 1000 lbs of travel.

Electric Start + Kick Start: Say goodbye to difficult starts! Thanks to the electric starter, starting the ZONGSHEN engine will be a breeze.

Our motorcycles, quads, pocket bikes, etc., are not approved for use on public roads. Their use is strictly limited to closed, private tracks that comply with the provisions of Article R 331-21 of the French Sports Code.

Our vehicles (motorcycles, quads, buggies, etc.) intended for children should not be considered mere toys, but motorized machines belonging to the realm of motorsports, which involve inherent risks.

Minors under the age of 14 are not authorized to purchase, rent, or use non-approved vehicles, such as mini-motorcycles, children's quads, unapproved quads, motocross bikes, pocket bikes, pocket cross bikes, pit bikes, or dirt bikes. Their use is strictly limited to activities organized by approved sports associations, such as the FFM (French Motorcycling Federation) or UFOLEP (French Union of Secular Sports and Cultural Activities). It is important to note that the maximum speed of these vehicles on public roads is 24 km/h, which prohibits their use on public roads. Furthermore, minors under 16 years of age must be constantly supervised by an adult when using these machines.

To ensure your safety, it is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment, including an approved safety helmet, motocross-type safety glasses, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, and a chest protector. It is also recommended to wear a long-sleeved top, long trousers, and high-top shoes that cover at least the ankle, ensuring that the laces are securely tied and away from the wheels, engine, and drive system.

You must register your machine with the Ministry of the Interior within 15 days of the purchase date. This process can be completed online at the following address: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R20458. After submitting the declaration, you will receive an identification number to be engraved on the chassis and displayed on a visible plate. Please note that this plate can be removed during sporting activities.

Delivery by SCHENKER:

All our motocross bikes are shipped from our warehouses located in Fréjus, France (83). They are delivered 85% pre-assembled on a pallet by our specialized carrier, SCHENKER. The carrier will contact you by email or SMS to easily arrange a delivery date. You will then receive your tracking number to follow your delivery. SCHENKER is the leading French and European specialist delivery company with over 600 branches in Europe, including 165 in France. They guarantee an average delivery time of 48 to 72 hours.

Assembling your bike:

You will only need to finish assembling a few easy parts (such as the handlebars, front wheel, and rear shock absorber).

Once assembly is complete, if the factory settings are not perfectly suited to your riding conditions, we invite you to visit our YouTube channel (Mini MX) where you will find both mechanical tutorials and bike assembly videos.

We recommend that you read the owner's manual and check the general tightening of your motorcycle (spokes, axle, general screws), chain tension, tire pressure, and the routing of the brake/clutch cables.

We recommend that you perform your first oil change using IPONE or Putoline oils, as recommended and approved by the manufacturer. Using other oils not approved by the manufacturer could damage the engine or gearbox.
