D.I.D 420 Ultra Reinforced NZ3 Racing Chain for Dirt Bike, Pit Bike
This chain is intended for heavy use on motocross tracks.
It guarantees you a chain of High Quality, lighter and called "Ultra Resistant" over time, allowing you to maintain the tension of your chain up to 10X longer than an original chain.
The NZ3 Chain from the D.I.D range features a new "SDH" treatment developing a hard Carbide/Chrome protective layer on the surface of the link pins while maintaining smooth and quality transmission.
This new treatment developed by D.I.D guarantees you a better resistance on muddy and sandy terrains and significantly reducing friction thanks to its Anti-Oxidant properties.
Used by the MXLABS Team and by Mini MX Amateur Riders. We highly recommend this product for all users of Pit Bike motocross tracks.

The D.I.D NZ3 Chain has a 420 pitch and is delivered with its quick link.
Compatible with all brands Apollo Motors, Bastos, CRZ, Gunshot, PitserPro, Mini MX, YCF, RSR, Bucci.
Reminder:
No 420 chain = about 6.5mm
No 428 chain = about 8mm
Advice:
- If you lengthen your transmission, you will gain top speed but lose engine torque/responsiveness.
- If you shorten your transmission, you will gain torque and lose top speed.
- Check the chain regularly before or after each ride.
Chain tension is done with a person sitting on the motorcycle, the chain must be tight enough to be able to pass a finger between the Teflon slider of your swingarm and the chain.
If it is too loose, adjust your chain tensioners to move the wheel backward (towards the rear), if it is too tight, adjust the tensioners to move your wheel forward (towards the front).

Our motorcycles, quads, pocket bikes, etc., are not approved for use on public roads. Their use is strictly limited to closed, private tracks that comply with the provisions of Article R 331-21 of the French Sports Code.
Our vehicles (motorcycles, quads, buggies, etc.) intended for children should not be considered mere toys, but motorized machines belonging to the realm of motorsports, which involve inherent risks.
Minors under the age of 14 are not authorized to purchase, rent, or use non-approved vehicles, such as mini-motorcycles, children's quads, unapproved quads, motocross bikes, pocket bikes, pocket cross bikes, pit bikes, or dirt bikes. Their use is strictly limited to activities organized by approved sports associations, such as the FFM (French Motorcycling Federation) or UFOLEP (French Union of Secular Sports and Cultural Activities). It is important to note that the maximum speed of these vehicles on public roads is 24 km/h, which prohibits their use on public roads. Furthermore, minors under 16 years of age must be constantly supervised by an adult when using these machines.
To ensure your safety, it is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment, including an approved safety helmet, motocross-type safety glasses, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, and a chest protector. It is also recommended to wear a long-sleeved top, long trousers, and high-top shoes that cover at least the ankle, ensuring that the laces are securely tied and away from the wheels, engine, and drive system.
You must register your machine with the Ministry of the Interior within 15 days of the purchase date. This process can be completed online at the following address: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R20458. After submitting the declaration, you will receive an identification number to be engraved on the chassis and displayed on a visible plate. Please note that this plate can be removed during sporting activities.
