MOLKT 26mm Carburetor for Dirt Bike, Pit Bike engine

 

The MOLKT 26mm Carburetor is suitable for 4-stroke 125cc to 150cc engines for Dirt Bike, Pit Bike.  

Its particularity compared to the MIKUNI 26mm is its venturi size, wider it allows you an opening richer and therefore a power gain at low revs and in extension for all Pit Bike engines, and recommended for 125cc.

 

The advantage is also located on the accessibility of the richness screw, indeed located at the back on the Mikuni 26mm which makes it difficult to access, on the MOLKT 26 it is located at the front and therefore allows you easy access and will allow you to fine-tune your settings. 

SPECIFICATIONS: 

-Venturi diameter (slide): Ø 24mm

-Outer diameter air filter mount: Ø 44mm

-Inner diameter intake outlet: Ø 26mm

-Pipe mounting center distance: 48mm

Compatible with 44mm air filters.

Compatible main jets: KEIHIN jet

 

Some advice:

Spark plug too black = too rich, you need to lower the jet size

Spark plug too white = too lean, you need to increase the jet size

Check your intake and carburetor gaskets if there is no air leak = OK

Also consider adjusting the height of your needle using the clip

Lowering it by one notch will raise the needle, thus enriching the carburetor, and vice versa.

To ensure your safety, it is essential to wear appropriate protective equipment, including an approved safety helmet, motocross-type safety glasses, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, and a chest protector. It is also recommended to wear a long-sleeved top, long trousers, and high-top shoes that cover at least the ankle, ensuring that the laces are securely tied and away from the wheels, engine, and drive system.

You must register your machine with the Ministry of the Interior within 15 days of the purchase date. This process can be completed online at the following address: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R20458. After submitting the declaration, you will receive an identification number to be engraved on the chassis and displayed on a visible plate. Please note that this plate can be removed during sporting activities.
