The famous Mikuni 28mm Carburetor, also called PZ30, is suitable for 4-stroke engines from 140cc to 160cc. It is fixed with 2 screws for Dirt Bike, Pit Bike.

 

This PZ30 carburetor from the famous Mikuni brand is recommended for Dirt Bike and Pit Bike engines starting from 140/149cc. Its larger slide and 24mm venturi opening allow you to increase your engine performance. Its quality/price ratio is highly appreciated by enthusiasts on cross terrain equipped with YX 150cc or 149cc.

 

It guarantees you a power gain both at low revs and at high speed.

Also fits 149cc YX, 150cc YX, 150cc LIFAN, 150cc Zongshen, Daytona 150cc... etc.

 

SPECIFICATIONS:

 

-Venturi diameter (slide) = Ø 28mm

-Outer diameter of air filter mount = Ø 44mm

-Outer diameter of intake outlet = Ø 35mm

-Inner diameter of intake outlet = Ø 30mm

Compatible with 44mm air filters.

 

Some advice:

Spark plug too black = too rich, you need to reduce the jet size

Spark plug too white = too lean, you need to increase the jet size

Check your intake and carburetor gaskets if there is no air leak = OK

Also consider adjusting the height of your needle using the clip

Lowering it by one notch will raise the needle, thus enriching the carburetor, and vice versa.

It is also recommended to wear a long-sleeved top, long trousers, and high-top shoes that cover at least the ankle, ensuring that the laces are securely tied and away from the wheels, engine, and drive system.

You must register your machine with the Ministry of the Interior within 15 days of the purchase date. This process can be completed online at the following address: https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R20458. After submitting the declaration, you will receive an identification number to be engraved on the chassis and displayed on a visible plate. Please note that this plate can be removed during sporting activities.
