This foam air filter is suitable for Dirt Bike carburetors. It is essential to ensure the proper functioning of the engine by effectively filtering particles and impurities present in the air while allowing oxygen to enter the engine. Foam air filters are washable.
It is recommended to separate the foam from its support, wash it in a solvent such as petroleum, gasoline, or White Spirit in a well-ventilated area away from any flame. After squeezing the foam to remove dirt, it is advisable to let it dry slightly and oil it with a specific lubricant for air filters. It is important not to apply too much, to press the foam to absorb the excess, thus improving its filtering capabilities.
