For valve adjustment there are several approaches, without any particular recommendation you can set 0.06 or 0.05 intake and 0.07 exhaust.

Some will use a different setting, which does not mean they are wrong or right, this is a recommendation for riders who do not have the precision of a tuner or a mechanic for a more accurate adjustment.
